This villa is east-facing, and as such, is bathed in early morning light. This makes for cool and breezy afternoons on the wrap-around terrace. The villas and casita within the Villas Nimbu compound are named after trees that are indigenous to Guanacate, and the wider Nicoya Peninsula. While staying at Villas Nimbu, Villa Ceiba, you can see several large Ceiba trees from the property. These trees can be identified by their pom-pom-like flowers and large hanging fruit, that are a favorite meal for howler monkeys. Kick back and relax next to our salt water plunge pool, while you listen to the sounds of exotic birds and howler monkeys. Spend rambling evenings pool-side, beneath the covered Rancho, ideal for intimate dining. Or float under the full moon at midnight and enjoy one of the world's top destinations for stargazing. Villa Carao features its own fully-equipped, chef's kitchen with large island, fridge with ice-maker, toaster, blender, and coffeemaker. The adjacent dining table and sidebar open to a lounge area with Netflix ready TV, and floor to ceiling windows which open to the covered terrace, complete with hammock. The villa has teak details throughout and individually controlled air conditioning in each bdrm, as well as the kitchen and main living space. The property, includes newly installed fiber-optic, mesh network, 110mbps internet.
Sleeps 5 guests - 1 King Sized Bed & 1 Twin-Over-Queen Bunk
The principal bdrm features floor to ceiling windows that open onto the garden and pool area, a wardrobe with built-in safe, and a king sized bed w/ private 3-piece en suite + bidet. The secondary bdrm has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, a wardrobe, and direct entry into the secondary 3-piece bath + bidet. Bathrooms include rain shower-heads with hot water, bath towels and shampoo & conditioner.

The Rancho features a lit, covered dining and serving area, a propane grill, ceiling fans, hammock swing, and additional restroom. Note: The pool area and Rancho are available to the guests in both villas.

The Villas NIMBU compound wraps around a t-shaped, saltwater pool with a raised shallow area. The pool is softly lit at dusk for evening ambiance. The outdoor shower tucked into a palm grove at the entrance to the property -- ideal for a post-surf rinse!

Villas NIMBU is conveniently located in geographic center of the Nosara community. This means, you'll only be a 12-minute walk to Playa Nosara & 15-minute walk to North Pelada. If you happen to be driving both of those locations are only 5-minutes away.

Villas NIMBU is conveniently located, in the geographic center of the Nosara community. The villas sit in the picturesque, community of Nosara Springs, which is south of the river, in the northern part of Playa Peleda, right in between Playa Guiones and Nosara town.
